I am a qualified Women's Skin, Wellness & Touch Therapist with a genuine love for women’s self-care and wellbeing. I created Serene Escape for women who give so much of themselves every day, yet rarely take the time to pause and be nurtured.
I understand how busy life can be — balancing work, family, and endless responsibilities often leaves little room for self-care. That’s why I offer mobile lymphatic massage and personalised treatments, bringing calm, care, and professional therapy directly to you, in the comfort of your own home or by appointment in-clinic.
My approach is gentle, intentional, and focused on enhancing natural beauty rather than changing it. Each session is designed to support the body, restore balance, and help you reconnect with yourself in a safe, nurturing, and peaceful space.

Lymphatic Massage Explained
The gut lymphatics are the main route for absorbing and transporting dietary long-chain fats. If these vessels become stagnant, inflamed or structurally altered, fat metabolism may be impaired.
Research shows that lymphatic dysfunction contributes to fat accumulation altered lymph flow leads to inflammation that promotes obesity. Also, impaired lacteal function reduces lipid clearance from the gut

Recovering after surgery is a journey, and consistency is key. At Serene Escape, our post-operative lymphatic drainage packages are designed to provide ongoing care and support throughout your recovery.
Individual 60-minute post-op sessions are $130, however, package pricing is available for clients who would like to commit to a consistent treatment plan.
Flexible Packages, Tailored to You
There is no one-size-fits-all recovery journey.
For package bookings, a minimum of 6 sessions applies. Simply choose the number of sessions you feel you may need, and your personalised package price will be calculated with a discounted rate.
Whether you require 6 sessions or would like ongoing treatments throughout your recovery, your package can be tailored around your surgery, recovery stage and individual needs.

Serene Escape also offers mobile post-op lymphatic drainage services.
When booking a mobile package, your total call-out fee will be calculated based on your location and added to your chosen number of treatment sessions. A personalised discounted package price will then be provided, helping make consistent post-op care more affordable than booking each session individually.
